Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

1. Legal Entity & Trading Name

ASCENDIA PARTNERS LTD (the "Company") is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. We operate and trade under the name "Ascendia". All references to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to ASCENDIA PARTNERS LTD.

2. Our services

Ascendia provides premium concierge and settling-in support for international students in the UK, including assistance with visas, housing, NHS registration, banking, and related logistics. The exact scope of services is set out in any separate agreement or proposal we provide to you.

3. Enquiries and engagement

Submitting an enquiry or form does not create a binding contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm in writing that we will provide specific services to you and you accept (e.g. by signing an agreement or confirming by email). We reserve the right to decline any enquiry.

4. Fees and payment

Fees, payment terms and any deposits will be agreed in writing before we begin paid work. You are responsible for paying all agreed sums on time. We may suspend or stop services if payment is not received as agreed. Prices may be subject to change for new engagements; existing agreements remain as agreed.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to cooperate with us in delivering services, and to notify us promptly of any changes that may affect the services. You are responsible for decisions you make based on our advice; we provide information and support, not legal or immigration advice in place of a qualified professional where required.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascendia shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity. Our total liability in connection with these terms or our services shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you for the relevant services in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Website use

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not use it in any way that could damage, disable or impair the site or our systems, or that could harm other users. Content on the site is for general information only and may change without notice.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding and materials on our website and in our communications are owned by Ascendia or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with any agreed terms. We may also suspend or stop providing services if you breach these terms or fail to pay. On termination, you remain liable for fees for work already performed.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any part of these terms is held invalid, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will be on our website and applies to your use from the date of posting.

11. Contact
