Specifically, these processors provide secure cloud storage for our CRM and email hosting, facilitate online appointment bookings, track aggregated website visitor analytics to improve our user experience, and securely process client payments and invoicing.

Our lawful bases for the collection and use of your data

  • Contract – we have to collect or use the information so we can enter into or carry out a contract with you.
  • Legitimate interests – we're collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. This includes delivering, managing, and improving our concierge services.
  • Consent - we have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information (e.g., for marketing updates).

Directly from you via our consultation bookings, enquiry forms, and website interactions.

How long we keep information

We only keep your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for. We typically retain client consultation records for two years following our last contact with you.
